Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the dispatch date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@bub-bear.com. Kindly note that postage costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange, store credit, or refund, if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Please be aware that items that have been washed or used, and subsequently damaged, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on seconds, final sale or clearance items, as well as gift cards.
